Incubations using a standard inoculation of 10 ml were also carried
out at a range of temperatures ranging from 25 to 40 C. Yeast
can digest sugars very well at all the temperatures used and so no
temperature in the experimental range seemed to confer a conspicuous
advantage for the breakdown of sugars (Fig. 4). In the case of
