No support. I tried to pay for item using Paypal as it was a gift. Instead of Paypal it went to cash on delivery. I sent many emails and called to ask that it be changed. I was told I would have to cancel and then re-order with Paypal. I was told to do it online. I tried to cancel three times but nothing happened. I called and was told it was now too late because it was processed and getting ready to be shipped. I have tried to canel all day but no luck.So now it will be delivered to my niece and she will have to pay for it. So now it is not a surprise and I have to tell her it is coming. Very bad customer service!
