The question 8 results showed that the majority of surveyed
businesses declared their HACCP system as excellent (28 businesess
i.e. 42.4%), very good and good (18 businesess i.e. 27.3% and 17
businesess i.e. 25.7%, respectively) (Fig. 1). Only a small group of 3
businesess (i.e. 4,5%) declared it as satisfactory, poor or unsatisfactory.
Declarations of surveyed food businesses showed rather
high evaluation level of own HACCP system.
