Dear Sunisa,
The above parcel was sent from New Caledonia on july 20th ( ! )
It contained nothing special:
3 small boxes of adaptable needles I use for my diabete treatment
6 booklets to note my blood sugar level
These needles cannot be used alone, only together with a special device (syringue)
I have with me in Thailand. These needles ARE NOT a medication.
just harmless needles you can buy everywhere without a doctor’s prescription.
I asked for French needles as Thai needles – made for thinner Thai skins-
hurt me much more.
I cannot understand your hesitations and complications.
You should do your job as all DHL employees do all over the world.
Last not least, you are now writing to me in Thai language which
I do not understand. What does that mean ?
What would you say if I wrote to you in German knowing that DHL is a
German owned Company ?
If I have any expenses to get my parcel like bringing my original passport to BKK
or going to Pattaya to get a certificate from my hospital there etc.
I will charge DHL New Caledonia for all of this.
If I do not get my parcel in due time, I will not accept it. If it is sent back
to New Caledonia I will ask DHL Caledonia to return it back by parcel post
at their entire expenses.
I have never seen such an unqualified DHL treatment !!!!
