We have just received the shipment and were very surprised to find out that you have not only changed the envelopes, but also the HMC in such a way that lenses from previous and new shipment cannot match. We have faced such problems with Chinese products, but never with your company. What happened? Did you made some changes? Or maybe you shipped wrong batch or product that is for some other customer of yours?
If you changed the envelopes of the lenses and we will received them in the new envelopes from now on, please inform us where on the envelope we can find the information “Short corridor”. The opticians need to see it to be sure that everything will be O.K. with the edging.
We would also like to know if you changed you HMC coating or the current shipment was a mistake? We are really having great problem with the fact that the coatings do not match.
