We sent you an e-mail last week with some issues we been having with your service, but still nobody have responded.
Today we had a new problem.
The guests was picked up at Kata Thani and dropped off at Chalong pier, the driver did not wait for anybody from us to meet the guest, and did no effort to contact us.
The result was they the guest had to wait a long time before we managed to find out they where left there.
By the time we managed to find them they where very angry and wanted to go back to the hotel right away.
We managed to convince them to go on the trip anyway after a long talk and many apologies, we also have to compensate them with free beer. We’re now waiting to hear back from the agent if they expect us to give re-found also.
This is not acceptable and I expect we don’t need to pay for this transfer.
The correct way would have been to take the guests to our office and wait for our staff to meet the guest before the driver leave.
Please look in to this matter and come back to me with a report.
