1. Termination of Employment
At any time during the employment with the Company under this Agreement, either party may terminate this Agreement by giving advance notice in writing to the other party before or at the due date of wage payment in order to take effect at the following due date of the wage payment.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the employment may be terminated by the Company forthwith upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
(a) The employee performed her duties dishonestly, or intentionally committed a criminal offence against the Company;
