5.Work process
1) Drafting 3P and 5C
(1) Set up the theme for 3P and 5C.
(2) Determine how to evaluate the results of 3P and 5C.
(3) Determine how to provide incentives for 3P and 5C
2) Organizing
If the management representative or the president suggests opinions and directions, organize them and
reflect them in carrying out 3P and 5C.
3) Noticing
Notice 3P and 5C on the board or circulate them.
4) Drafting details; when needed
Each department drafts details on 3P and 5C according to the forms.
5) Reporting of details; when needed
Production department collects details drafted by each department and reports them to the management
representative.
6)Arranging; when needed
Collect and arrange the management representative's opinions on details that requires expenses.
7) Distributing
Distribute approved details to each department and carry out them.
8) Evaluating
Evaluate 3P and 5C accorind to the two checklist attached.
(1) Dividing cleaning areas
The production departments selects areas for 3P and 5C.
① Make a cleaning team and divide cleaning areas for each team, not for each employee.
② This performance will expand synergy effect of each team.
(2) Evaluating
① The leader of each team evaluates.
② Use check sheets and CLEAN calendar for evaluation.
③ Give penalites for not attending evaluation activities.

9) Report
The production departments organizes evaluation results and reports them to the president.
10) Awards
Based on the evaluation results, awards the best teams periodically.
The evaluation results and awardees should be noticed so that all the employees know.
Based on the monthly evaluation, the president awards on the first week of each month.)
