Please write an official email to CargoPort asking finally – where are we supposed to collect the cargo and when the cargo is available for pick up.
In case of cargo confirm to be taken from LCB instead of LKB, CargoPort to authorise us to take delivery at LCB and they will be responsible for the charges incurred vs their HBL issue as final destination: LKB – for non-compliance as they are obligated to fulfil their BL issued.
Please keep calling and sending them email pushing for this. We are doing the same here.
Both the consignee needs the goods fully displayed at their premises by latest 1st August. Being the case, we need the goods by latest 29th July 2016.
