This research aims to study the characteristics of the rice cracker production business, analyze cost-related issues, and propose cost management solutions for the "Nitchakorn" community enterprise in Min Buri District, Bangkok. The research involves collecting data through interviews with community enterprise leaders, reviewing relevant documents, and research related to cost analysis. The data collected is used to create a cost framework, allowing for the calculation of production costs for different flavors of rice noodles using Microsoft Excel. The results of this research show that utilizing Microsoft Excel for cost calculation is effective, enabling the community enterprise to accurately calculate the costs for each flavor and allocate expenses. This division includes direct raw material costs, direct labor costs, and production expenses. The community enterprise can use this information to plan cost management and expand product offerings in the future.
