Frist,
Call Center VN is on process to deploy IVR rating. Customer will press point 1-10 directly for rating after the agent’s completed consult.
We’ll apply Survey question 1 & Survey question 2 by our IVR plan on next month.
Survey question 1 is still keep until the date of IVR launching.
Email survey script as template will be applied on 01 Feb 2015
Second,
The survey question 3 ( ask customer recommend Yes or No ) : we should be change by different survey campaign.
If we still apply : Call Center VN must have time to add new field on CRM system for reporting ( 1 week setup, start 09 Feb )
Two suggestion above is based on real process of Call Center VN, one again thanks for all co-operation.
