1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat,then add Chopped garlic and red curry paste. Stir fry until aromatic.
2. Add pork stir fry with curry to mix well. To flavor with fish sauce and sugar. Than add Sliced kaffir lime leaf and Sliced red cayenne pepper
4. Transfer to a serving box with cooked rice pour Kua Kling, than garnishing with Coriander leaves and Sliced red cayenne pepper.
