Regarding the one-time signing bonus (as shown in topic 3.2), stated that " The candidate will receive a one off sign on bonus of one month gross base salary (inclusive of relocation and settling down expenses) which will be paid at the same time as the first monthly instalment of your basic salary. The payment of this bonus is subject to your remaining in the employment of the Company for the minimum continuous period of 12 months. If for any reason (other than dismissal by reason of redundancy) that employment terminates, then the bonus will be repayable in full immediately on the terminated. The company reserves the right to deduct the amount of the bonus which is repayable from any sum otherwise payable to you by reason of your employment with the Company or its termination and by signing this contract to any such deduction.
