The molecular weight distribution (MWD) curves of hemicellulose
were shown in Fig. S1. DAD diagram shows that the prepared
hemicellulose had UV absorption at 280 nm. Since carbohydrates
almost have no UV absorption and lignin is aromatic compound
with intense UV response, it could be speculated that lignin was
partly covalently bonded with hemicellulose, and presented in
the form of LCCs that was a barrier to biodegradation
