The current Cilvil Service Commission(OCSC) has evolved from the Absolute Monarchy system, before 2472 there is no requirements or regulations for the person who wanted to be the civil service officer. Until there is a change on the 5th of December 2468 which initiated the rules and the qualification of the OCSC officer. The role of the modern era after the royal decree, has subsequently developed until it became acceptable to the Board of the civil service. So the civil servant shall study, analyze and do research on personnel management, and able to manage and develop the civil service more efficiently which is duties assigned by the OCSC supervisor to successfully achieve the objectives. Thus, the administration and management of the civil service or OSCS will focus on the development and improvements of the ministries and bureau that are related,in order to be consistent and coordinated with all parties with more convenient.
