This year the COO division got the highest bank wide 'Work heart score of 4.20' during the 2014 survey.
We as management wanted to thank all those who participated in the survey. The score reflects that we are improving our Working environment for our staff.
We would like to keep improving our working environment for our staff by following the "TMB Way of working' and by creating a LEAN organization that provide quality services and support for our Customers.
As done last year all group- and department- heads are requested to review their Top 5 staff issues and concerns and to work together with staff to find a solution how to resolve these issues.
I would like to encourage all of you to discuss the staff concerns with your direct supervisor and above during team-meetings and town-halls meetings and share ideas on how we can resolve these issues.
