At Renaissance, we attract Discoverers. Yesterday we committed to taking five minutes to learn more about our Discoverers and one another. Who took the challenge? How did it go?
Today we are going to delve further into what Discoverers want. We are going to explore social awareness and empathy. As you observe and interact with our Discoverer guests and one another, it is likely that you are able to identify with and relate to how they are feeling about their day and their experiences. Just like you, our colleagues and Discoverers are busy, work a lot, and want to maximize their limited downtime.
It is only by being socially aware, and understanding other’s needs, wants, expectations and emotions that we can save one another time and effort, and respond in a personalized, meaningful way. Our role is to connect with Discoverers and one another, so we are able to offer helpful ideas, support, unique insights and recommendations.
ENCOURAGE DISCUSSION:
We know from our brand research that Discoverers take an average of 9-12 trips per year, the majority of them for business. What are pressures and stresses they may be experiencing?
(Unfamiliar with area, important client/business meeting or interview, flight/traffic travel hassles, jet lagged, etc.)
