SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
GENERAL
1. Observe Warning Labels
Labels on machinery warn of specific hazards and instruct how to avoid the hazards
Always obey these warnings and follow instructions.
2. Read Instruction Manual
An instruction manual is provide with all CPM equipment. All operators of this equipment should thoroughly familiar with its contents before starting or maintaining

3. Keep Bystanders Away
Do not permit unauthorized personal or operate .Ensure that all people working on or near machinery have been adequately wamed of the hazards involved and properly in the operation of the machines.
4. Use Proper Safety Equipment
Protect your sight with safely glasses. Also wear appropriate protective equipment such as hard hats, gloves (make sure they are a tight fit, no loose ends), face shields and dust masks.
5. Dress Properly
DO NOT wear loose clothing or jewelry; they can get caught in moving parts. Contain long hair with a protective hair covering.
6. Keep Guards & Covers in Place
Before operating machinery, ensure that all guards, access doors, covers and protective grates are in place and securely fastened.
7. Guard All Moving Parts
Of machine is not equipped with factory supplied drive guard, cover any exposed rotating members and moving parts before operation. Buy or build replacement guards.
8. Keep Machine Properly Maintained
NEVER operate equipment if it is in need of service, lubrication or repair
9. Check For Damaged Parts
Before further use of a machine, a guard or other part that is damaged function.
Check for alignment for moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting and other conditions that might affect the machine’s operation.
10. Use Machinery Properly
NEVER overload or mistreat machinery. Use machines only for the purposes for which they are specified.
11. Keep Objects Out of Machine
NEVER allow any kind of metal or other foreign object to enter the machine. Machine
damage or fires may result.
12. Keep Work Area Clean
Cluttered areas invite injuries. Build-up of dust can create explosion hazards.
13. Keep Away from Moving Parts
NEVER place any part of your body under or near rotating members or moving parts of machinery.
14. Stay Alert!!!
DO NOT OPERATE OR MATAIN MACHINERY WHEN YOU ARE TIRED!
15. Hazardous Voltage
Equipment equipped with an optional control panel causes a serve hazard. DO NOT
allow voltage from more than one source. Shut off and lock out/tag out power before
servicing.
