I've got your email, I was sorry to hear that you're worried about you weight. I bet the problem isn't as bad as it seems,though! In any case there are lots of things you can do to lose weight.
You shouldn't desperate about the way to lose weight. I always beside you to help you to lose weight. You have many choices, First, be youself to enjoy with life. Everyday you need to eat healthy food and drink at least water 8 glasses a day. After work you should go to the fitness for burn calories.
