During that critical time, a plenty of construction companies were closed down, which resulted to the vast unemployment nationwide along with the cessation of many construction projects. This situation led to the concept learnt by Thai Polycons that the resolutions to secure the company business, in 1999, were to retain its existing employees, and keep its construction standards for all and any small construction projects; meanwhile, Thai Polycons hoped for other potential projects because, at that time, many different types of construction projects have arisen out, including construction of numerous industrial plants as well as government projects. On that year, Thai Polycons increased its registered capital to be Baht 60 million. This capital increase helped diversify the Company's bidding for new projects while more thorough services have been provided. As a result, Thai Polycons has enjoyed its double growth every year, and has handled more construction projects.
