Due to small organization of International Affairs Department which is now been changed to other name, we still use International Affairs Department. Problem: 1. Unclear organization chart, 2. Organization is still unrecognized as many doctors and staff members assumed / understood / thought that we are from International Insurance Department which is not 3. Feedback cannot be provided to us according to unclear organization or may be our job is way to far to reach Hospital Director but we still can reach SMICH Director, Deputy and Assistant Directors of SNH and Nursing Director 4. Organization Goal cannot be set but we can follow Company's goal. 5. Due to small organization, we have tried to gradually established our work instruction, work process and other this year but we need support. 6. Lack of opportunity to Lack of opportunity to share experience to improve better services with other teams as there was no recognition of our roles. 7. Lack of recognition in volunteer job such as Teaching English and Cross-cultural care as I have tought our new recruited nurses and nurse aides for 3 years but still cannot share my experience with other team so I am still not happy with many mis-spelling, mis-typing and talking inappropriate English of some Managers, it was slow improvement.
