In addition, Repeatability is also an important parameter to evaluate the reliability of the sensor. So, to verify reliable repeata- bility of the fabricated sensor, the sensor was exposed to 100 ppm methanol for five successive cycles at an optimal operating tem- perature of 160◦C, from dry air to methanol gas and back to dry air, as shown in Fig. 7. The sensor exhibits stable signals and no significant distortion in responsivity. It can be observed that the response in every test reaches about 320. Moreover, the response time and recovery time do not show a clear difference. As evi- dent from the observed results, the as-fabricated sensor based on SnO2-Pd-Pt-In2O3 composite has a very satisfying repeatability.
