The acquirer shall recognize the acquisition-date fair value of contingent consideration as part of the consideration transferred in exchange for the acquired,regardless of the probability of economic benefit arising(it is considered that fair value can be reliably measured) Aside from changes as a result of additional information that the acquirer obtains after the acquisition date about facts and circumstances that existed at the acquisition date within the measurement period, no change is made to consideration or to goodwill.
