As you asked to arrange PR documents ,I have already done depend on accounting documents and also compare with the data we hold.
For all colleagues(Sale and Marketing),
I would like to inform you all that please put every document such as PR, PO ,Quotation etc in every files systematically after receive from every department concerning ours and also keep it back in it if you guys take it in order to find easily for saving our time and maintain our documents because we lost a lot of documents.
