According to the report, the root cause of the delay of Breakdown process on 15th March was mainly due to not well management of manpower. In addition, it was peak period during 1300-1600hrs causing the congestion in Cargo Terminal for both Inbound & outbound which it resulted in delay starting breakdown process of FD2851 and consequently delay finished inbound process.
As you may know that we have KPI of inbound process which it should be completed within 2hrs after ATA, however, due to manpower disorganized by SUP leading to insufficient staff support on the mentioned date. Please be advised that we take this case seriously and SUP on duty had been disciplined due to his failure on Manpower management.
