Company doesn't use any types of bonuses (no annual, no christmas, no birthday, no new year and so on). The single bonus system company uses is permanent salary review which take place once a quarter and depends on factors which were provided every staff.
Staffs performance,
Attitude to the job and the company,
Staff behavior,
Financial result of the company.
