We have just received an information from COFACE, the Export Insurance, that Phelps is no more covered in case of problem. This means that they certainly meets financial difficulties. Do you know anything?
So normally in such a case we are obliged to ask for a payment before delivery in order to be sure to be paid. We have 2 orders under production. However, due to our good relationship, we are not going to do it for these 2 orders but in the future ...
