The contract unit is on a daily basis, in accordance with Thailand time.
2. Portable Wi-Fi router is different from landline internet connection. Occasionally some home appliances might affect to the portable Wi-Fi router connection.
3. In the unlikely event that your pocket Wi-Fi gives you trouble, you can follow an instruction to get it working again.

Please note that you have to inform us during your staying overseas when you had an issue. After you came back to Thailand, we cannot figure out the cause. Please be careful.

4. Our company assumes no responsibility if the internet connection does not work in case of the customer's own devices setting.
5. Depends on the area where you are, there will be some possibility of turning to 3G or 2G.
6. There will be some possibility of setting a limit of data usage if you have consumed huge amount of data in a short period.
7. In case of lost, stolen, broken-Compensation fee will be:
Wi-Ho! (Wi-Fi router): 10,000THB
Accessories: 500THB /each
Spare Battery: 2,000THB
* If you selected "Insurance" plan, the compensation fee of Wi-Fi router will be 30% of 10,000THB. (*Accessories and mobile extra batteries are not included with the service.)
8. If you extended the rental duration, rental fee will occur as below:
-Single county Wi-Fi: 300THB/day
-World Universal Wi-Fi: 800THB/day
-Mobile Extra battery: 50THb/day
-Insurance plan: 50THB/day
If we won't receive any notifications from a customer after 5 days extended, we will shut down the line and ask you the compensation fee.
9. For customers who will pay by credit card/debit card, if you did not pay in 24 hours, we will cancel the order.
