H&M has received mixed reviews online from its customers. Most of the positive reviews are with H&M’s cheap prices and incredible selection of products. On a dim note, customers often complain about its poor customer service and poor delivery.

As much as I hate coming in here, and trust me I do, it's hard to deny the awesome feeling of spending little more than $6 on a cute tank top. I stopped by yesterday, spent $55, and left with a scarf, a blouse, a sweater, nail polish, and the aforementioned $6 tank top. This would never happen at Bloomingdales.
The H&M this review is written for and the UES side H&M are the only two I can handle- and never ever on a weekend. Death would be preferable.- Charle M., Manhattan ,NY, yelp.com

Bought a shirt and h&m about a week ago and just had to share it because it was soo pretty! Wish I can share a picture.... It's white with elegant flower prints on it. I know a lot of the shirts have flower prints but this one was really simple and appropriate (not too little or too much, if you know what I mean...) I asked the workers if they knew where the shirt was and one of them told me they were all sold out. First and foremost thing, they dont generate an unique order number when you shop, second they do not notify when they have removed an item from list until you check your pending order regularly. Third, customer service is utterly bad. They dont bother to update customer on anything. I havent still received my order. I think it would be a surprise every time you shop with them, coz, you dont know what would come and what wouldnt. Ordered a jacket 2 weeks ago, still waiting, so just gone online to check the delivery and they have now said my delivery will take another week longer! So won’t be expecting delivery now for another 3 weeks!!!! it will be too cold to wear the damn jacket by the time i get it! Terrible service...
