Refer to the RMA report as the file attached, I saw the pending case (didn’t start to check yet) about 31 items, on progress about 69 items, I have tried to push up Turbo every day, but seem like the first priority of him is the assembly job, I think the situation quite critical if RMA is not good like this, on my opinion I think should be find the new staff to concentrate on the RMA job directly ( for do local repairing, communicate with customer for update and CRM, communicate with Julia for chasing the pending case and confirm case at RMA service center, report to sale or every one for update), if you have any suggestion please let me know krab, thank you.
