Furthermore, Teh and Birch (2013), Uluata and Özdemir (2012), Gruszka and Kruk (2007) and Oomah et al. (2002) published much higher concentration of tocopherols than in our study, probably because of different hemp seed genotype. It seems that higher pressure and higher temperature in the process of supercritical CO2 extraction have negative impact on tocopherol extraction. Namely, content of both B- and -tocopherols were significantly higher at a lower temperature, except for -tocopherol where the effect of the change of pressure were not confirmed.
