Isolation of Mycoleptodiscins A (1) and B (2). After incubation, the contents of the nine flasks were combined and filtered. The combined culture filtrate (2.25 L) was extracted exhaustively with EtOAc. The organic phase was concentrated under vacuum to give a dark brown solid (94 mg). This extract did not show biological activity
