Individual task proficiency reflects the degree to which an employee meets the known expectations and requirement of his or her role as an individual (e.g., ensures core task are completed properly). Individual task adaptivity reflects the degree to which individuals cope with, respond to, and/or support changes that affect their roles as individuals (e.g., adjust to new equipment, processes, or procedures in core tasks). Individual task proactivity refers to the extent to which individual engage in selfstarting, future-oriented behavior to change their individual work situations (e.g., initiates better way of doing core tasks).
