DECISION MAKING FOR INNOVATION IN RL
As mentioned in the introduction, the identification of the proper area for process improvement in return process as well as innovation framework can significantly enhance the organization’s chances of success. The framework we present in this paper is a theoretical and conceptual, which helps to analyze the implementation of RL activities .In this paper, the room for change is not restricted in the sense that the management has to decide which, when and perhaps how RL activities will be innovated, being her/his action conditioned by the environment (i.e. inertia).
Therefore, to determine proper implementation of innovation in RL both management decision and environmental factors should be taken into account. This generic framework presented recognizes the nature of the perceived value of the knowledge throughout the return process.
