Cluster Reward or HR Leads
As you are all aware we use TowersWatson (TW) as our key data provider for compensation across CEVA. Part of the conditions is that CEVA also contribute data, by means of completing an annual Survey. For 2015 it is essential that each Cluster take responsibility for inputting their salary data.
TW will launch the 2015 Compensation Survey campaign at the end of the month. Below is a list of countries and your name has been given to TW as the main Data Provider contact. You will receive full details of what is required directly from TW but in summary:
2015 submission process:
If a participant in 2014, the Benefits and HR Policies will automatically be pre-populated
As a participant in 2014 and on request, the 2015 country submissions (Compensation Data) can be pre-populated with 2014 numbers
Participants will be required to submit data in 3 sections:
1. Compensation data per role – via the Data Submission Workbook online (Excel format)
2. Benefits Questionnaire (Not applicable for US and Canada) – via online questionnaire
3. HR Policies and Practices (ie salary review, Variable Pay, Company Car etc…) (Not applicable for US and Canada) – via online questionnaire
There are also Executive Compensation Surveys for a number of countries (where we have significant level of high M grades) – this also need to be completed please
There may be some differences on a country-by-country basis but the updates from TW will explain in more detail. Please get back to me if we can delete any countries from this last.
