Bandura’s (2001) concept of triadic reciprocality provided a model for exploring relationships between special education teachers and paraeducators in nonpublic special education school environments. According to Bandura’s model, the interactions of personal (internal) factors, environmental (external) factors, and behavior are components of a dynamic system (see Figure 4). The current study measured each component of the constructed environment to determine how sharedness of the three factors might differ for two groups based on the product of the elements, performance level.
