Recovery and plating of L. innocua
Following FP the samples were assayed for colony forming units
(CFU’s) by standard pour plate procedures. Fifty milliliters of sterile
BPB were added to a polynylon bag (Uline Inc.) bag that contained
4 frankfurters and shaken manually for 1 min (Sommers and
Thayer 2000).
