2.Technical Service 5 positions
Responsibilities :
• Inquiry to customer via E-mail, Facebook, Web Page and Phone.
• Review company’s products.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
• Research required information using available resources for marketing.
• Research for a new products to be interested.
• Mornitoring inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
• A minimum 25 years, Male and Thai Nationality only.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or significant equivalent experience.
• Very strong technical competence with a minimum of 2 years experience working.
• Good command in English.
• Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills with the proven ability to successfully interact with and produce both written and verbal reports to senior non technical staff.
