synco medical technologies is initiating a new benefits plan for all eligible employees begining sept. 1. it is important that they understand how this plan works in order to make informed decision. it is also required by law that all eligible employees accept or decline this new benefits plan in writing. (a form will be provided at the meeting.)
There will be a mandatory meeting on friday august 11 at noon in room 202 of the center building. Please make a plint of attending. (the meeting of August 4 was canceled because of p0oor attendance.)

Employees should familiarize themselves with this information before the meeting and bring questions.
eligibility for participation is the same as eligibillity for health insurance coverage. It is limited to permanent employees who work at least 30 hours a week
