เมื่อย้อนกลับไปในสมัยเรียนในระดับปริญญาตรี ดิฉันต้องใช้ความมานะพยายามเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะดิฉันเรียนทางด้านพลศึกษา ซึ่งต้องใช้ทักษะทางด้านกีฬาเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะดิฉันเป็นผู้หญิงที่ตัวเล็ก แต่ต้องทำทุกอย่างให้สมบูรณ์ ซึ่งดิฉันก็ทำได้และจบการศึกษามาได้อย่างภาคภูมิใจ และนั่นก็ทำให้พ่อกับแม่ของดิฉันมีความสุข เพราะดิฉันเป็นคนเดียวในหมู่บ้าน ที่จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เพราะพ่อต้องการให้ดิฉันเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีต่อลูกศิษย์ของพ่อ และของเด็กๆ ในหมู่บ้าน นั่นเองจึงเป็นเหตุผลอีกอย่างหนึ่งที่ทำให้ดิฉันตั้งใจจะศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท ในเมื่อดิฉันมีโอกาสที่จะทำมันได้ และคิดว่าถ้าพ่อมีชีวิตอยู่พ่อจะต้องภูมิใจในตัวฉันอีกแน่ๆ
ในอดีตที่ผ่านมา ฉันคิดมาตลอดว่าจะไม่เรียนต่ออีกแล้ว พอใจกับการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีแล้ว เพราะถ้าอยากมีความรู้เพิ่ม ขอแค่มาพัฒนาทางด้านวิชาชีพครูของตนเองก็พอแล้ว เพราะยังไม่เห็นถึงความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเรียนต่อเลย เงินที่ใช้ศึกษาต่อเก็บไว้ให้ลูกเรียนน่าจะดีกว่า แต่จนกระทั่งวันนี้ ดิฉันได้เข้ามาร่วมงานกับเพื่อนๆหลายคน พบกับผู้บริหารที่มีความคิดแตกต่างทางด้านบริหารต่างกันไป บางครั้งดิฉันก็ไม่เข้าใจถึงเหตุผลของผู้บริหารที่สามารถสั่งการได้ทุกอย่างๆตามความต้องการของเขา ซึ่งดิฉันก็ต้องทำตามถึงแม้จะไม่ค่อยเห็นด้วยก็ตาม และคิดว่าหากฉันสามารถสอบเป็นผู้บริหารได้ ดิฉันจะต้องนำความรู้ที่ได้รับ ไปใช้ในการบริหารอย่างสมเหตุสมผลที่สุด และคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์ของนักเรียนและสังคมให้มากที่สุด และสิ่งเหล่านี้เองที่เป็นสาเหตุให้ดิฉันเปิดโอกาสให้ตนเองเข้ามาเรียนรู้ทางด้านการบริหารการศึกษา ที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาแห่งนี้ สถาบันที่จะทำให้ดิฉันได้ฝึกฝน เรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองไปสู่จุดมุ่งหมายอีกต่อไป
