Budget monitoring and summary
- Make monthly budget progress report compare to yearly budget
- Notice the strength expense and verify the expense record from Financial Dept. information
- Collect necessary information related to budget planning and cooperate with other department
2) General system control and maintenance
- Control & maintain confidential information in T-FTC i.e.(filling ,distributing, updating permission)
- Manage document filling of T-FTC report and presentation
- Communicate guideline to T-FTC members and related departments
3) Administration
- Being fix asset staff who coordinate for fix asset annual check and fix asset document check
- Support for general T-FTC meeting and workshop arrangement
- Take care of T-FTC common payment
- Issue general document and cooperate with internal & external department such as HR, Legal etc.
