a) Thu-Ha mentioned Peter Jacobs is on R&R and not present today but
will catch up with VIPCO at a later date to go through the Scrubber
Project SHEC Management Plan, health and safety requirements and
off-site inductions (VIPCO’s premises). VIPCO reminded that they are
working to the MMG SHEC plan.
b) VIPCO are requested to start arranging medicals (takes 2 weeks).
c) Tony Bellamy to inspect equipment and cranes etc. prior to VIPCO
mobilisation. VIPCO mentioned they will book the 220t crane and let
BT know to inspect then.
d) All incidents must be recorded and investigations will be conducted by
MMG
e) No personnel allowed on site if they have not been inducted
f) First Aid facility is provided on Site.
g) Pre-start and tool box meetings is outlined in the contract Schedule
13.
h) Hazards/ JSEAs to be conducted before commencement of work on
site.
i) JSEA not indicate proposed crane position with manning (sketch on
drawing) to allow coordination with other personnel.
j) Work methodology required (provides scope of work for JSEA).
Project methodology will be revised and submitted in 2 weeks.
k) Inspection and test plans (ITP’s) including welding pre-qualifications,
welder qualifications etc. still to be prepared (to be provided in 2
