Demographic information on your certification account reflects the information provided to Pearson VUE from your most recent exam voucher purchase or exam results.
In order to protect your identity and the security of your certification information, please provide a complete copy of at least one exam score report and a copy of a legal ID that reflects the name you desire to change your record to (driver’s license or passport) by scanning the copies and attaching them to your help request with the “attach a file” feature.
If you do not have a copy of your score report, you may log in to your Pearson VUE account and download a copy of your score report. If you need assistance logging in to your account or need additional assistance with your score report, you may contact Pearson VUE at 877.551.7587 between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. US Central Time, Monday through Friday. If you are not able to obtain your score report, you may send a copy of your certificate or wallet card.
