Anti-proliferative effect of the Syngonanthus nitens extract on HeLa cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations of extract. Luteolina
(31 mg/l) was used as positive control. Viability was determined using the MTT assay and LDH leakage assay. The results are the means  SD of three
independent experiments. * Signifi cantly different from the basal conditions and treatments with the extract P  0.05.
