Grilling: Grilling Herb Sausages on a barbeque adds a wonderful flavor to the product and is a favorite cooking method especially in the summer. Grill herb sausages in the same way you would grill other kinds of sausages.
Do not pierce the skins. Piercing the skins will release the fat and juices and create flame flare-ups that will burn the sausage and dry out the inside. The flare-ups may also singe you! Cook the sausages over a very low flame or by convection using a gas grill. Cooking the sausages slowly prevents the skins from bursting. For a charcoal grill, wait until the charcoal has turned to white ash. Make sure the sausages are not directly over the charcoal. Convection, or indirect heat, is best. You can cook with your grill lid down to heat the sausages through. The grilling time should takes about 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
