In order to streamline our process on sending Shipping Instruction (SI), we will be non-acceptance Shipping Instruction (SI) via email and fax. Our team is aligning the handling of document process with Global Service Center (GSCC) in Malaysia. Focus on ease of requirement and timely release the first draft of Bill of Lading, with effective of dd/mm/yy, our team will be reorganized. For simplicity, two channels for sending Shipping Instruction (SI) will be introduced.
