Ben Arfa Saints suggestions strengthen
Hatem Ben Arfa's move to Ligue 1 champions Paris-Saint Germain might turn out to be a very short-lived interlude indeed, according to the Sun.
It reckons that, less than a couple of months into the new season, the former Newcastle man "already finds himself an isolated figure in the PSG dressing room" after being dropped from the squad by coach Unai Emery and might soon be on his way out of Paris.
And it adds to growing speculation that, if the 29-year-old does end up on the move again, he could be on his way back to the Premier League with Southampton.
Saints manager Claude Puel was the man who inspired Ben Arfa to a dazzling 17-goal season for Nice last time around because he "allowed the temperamental talent the trust he needed to play with freedom."
And with the south coast club looking to replace some of the flair the Saints lost when Sadio Mane went to Liverpool, a move for Ben Arfa could be the answer.
