5.1a(3) Collin accomplishes work in a team-based environment. A primary benefit of the team structure is that it promotes cooperation and collaboration both within and among teams. Strong team representation on the Human Resources Council (HRC) helps provide the forum in which members of different teams can identify common issues that, when addressed between teams, provide Collin with improvements in effectiveness and efficiency that leverage the Cs. This approach provides a venue for a healthy review and dialogue about the human resources (HR) issues incorporated into Collin’s work system.
