Turnkey offer two types of Service Agreement, which are an active part of our
customer support program and to keep your monitor in good working order it is
essential a service contract is maintained. The monitor requires re-calibrating every
twelve months, so keeping your Service Agreement active is a necessary part of this
support enabling us to schedule our resources and provide a high level of service.
However, it is your responsibility to monitor your instrument on a regular basis and
return the machine to Turnkey Instruments whenever it is required.
