I think Yoga in standing positions more difficult Yoga in sitting positions because we stand, we must have a balance in the body But if yoga like sit, it makes i get stretch than yoga in standing and if i yoga standing, i will get balance than yoga sitting. However a both it's very good for me and it made my muscle get better.
I not sure about name but i can remember some position such as forward fold, low lunge,bridge pose, upward facing dog
